My post is short but sweet this week… too busy working on a new short story, but I wanted to share my latest discovery of writer’s resources.
Check out The Writer’s Resource where the latest posts will help you add spice to your writing. Most of our story’s descriptive elements could benefit from more flavor or aroma… the taste of a morsel of food, the sweat of exertion, or the rough texture of his wind-chapped hands.
There’s a wealth of writer’s tools at the Writer’s Resource, so be sure and check ‘em out.

One link lands you at the Bookshelf Muse which has an incredible array of thesauruses based on themes: Emotion, Texture, Weather, Character traits, Settings, Colors and Shapes, even Symbolism.
If you need help adding description to your writing, and who doesn’t, these are two great sites to bookmark for future reference.
I’m going to get back to writing now and use my new toys writing tools.
