I wasn’t a total Luddite in my attitude toward eReaders, but for a long time I was pretty convinced I’d never cop out and go digital. Cat lover or coffee addict? Maybe both?

If it were possible, I would own a real bookstore. An impractical dream I know, but it’s one I cherish and like to imagine how it would look. I know it would smell like coffee and be a cozy welcoming place with plenty of ambiance. Maybe something like this one below. For now, though, I have to be content with my Amazon store. The death and rebirth of bookstores

I love small indie book stores because they’re cozy and friendly and no two look alike. I love them because they allow for the communion and camaraderie of other book lovers that you can’t get with online shopping.
