Each Hub is managed by our academic advisors from one email address with a single point of contact, making it quick and simple for students to get the support they need, when they need it.<\/p>\n<p>We want all our students to feel confident that they have the help they need, and if they&#8217;re not sure where to turn or what is available to them, they can contact their Academic Help Hub and know that there is an expert there to guide them.<\/p>\n<p>Our Academic Help Hub Experts are on hand to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct students to other appropriate teams for support<\/li>\n<li>Offer insights on academic progression and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Offer subject specific or career guidance<\/li>\n<li>Provide personalised tutoring tailored to students&#8217; needs<\/li>\n<li>Respond to any queries students may have about their studies or assist with wellness matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>How the Academic Help Hubs can help<\/h3>\n<p>We know studying can bring a variety of challenges which is why we want to make life easier for our students by giving them access to the support they need from one place. Students come to us with a wide range of queries &#8211; there really are no silly questions! The support we can offer for academic or personal matters will help to ensure that your time with us as a student goes as smoothly as possible. For students who might need some additional support this can be provided to help them complete their studies.<\/p>\n<p>We work closely with other student support teams who can offer you specialised advice and support such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/qahighereducation.com\/the-ace-team\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The ACE team<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/qahighereducation.com\/student-welfare-support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Student Welfare Support<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Finance<\/li>\n<li>Compliance<\/li>\n<li>Student Services<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/qahighereducation.com\/careers-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Careers Service<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Accessing the Academic Help Hubs<\/h3>\n<p>Students from Middlesex University, Solent University and London Metropolitan University all have access to their dedicated Academic Help Hub.
